Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items
